PLETTENBERG BAY
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated internal salesperson to join our team at our Plettenberg Bay office. As an internal salesperson, you will be responsible for counter sales, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will be working closely with the external sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Front of house sales at a busy sales counter
- Proactively identify and generate new leads through outbound calling and email campaigns
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide technical and product information to customers
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with the external sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements:
- Sales experience and practical knowledge of electrical products beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Netsuite or other ERP software
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

STOREMAN
Vacancy - Storeman
PLETTENBERG BAY
We are seeking a reliable and experienced storeman to join our team at our Plettenberg Bay office. As a storeman, you will be responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in the warehouse. You will be working closely with the sales and logistics team to ensure efficient and timely availability of products to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials
- Pick and fill orders from stock
- Pack and ship orders to customers
- Perform inventory checks and stock takes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock movements in the inventory management system
- Generate and maintain stock replenishment reports
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, tidy, and well-organized
- Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
- Stores experience and practical knlowledge of electrical products beneficial
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Proficiency in Netsuite or other ERP software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's license
